Please make a great deal of the NPC chat in the Kingsmen/Hanged Goblin only heard by the conversationalist. Especially the Royal Dragon, and Peter's quest.

PCs playing Royal Dragon are not in conversation with the dealer, sadly. It might be possible to change his talk volume to whisper, though.
