I suggest that the clean up script in Mistlocke be removed (I just learned it was there yesterday) Some of us who are not Caermyn enjoy laying our goods out on the ground to show to the masses for the purpose of mercantilism.
While it can be argued that there are quests in Mistlocke, they are not ones that yield any large amount of unwanted goods and they almost always end up in the charity chest so I do not find that to be an issue.
Or perhaps even alter it to hold off while a pc is in the map area.
I vouch for this.
