Says that she's selling cheap items from the Ill Companions. Doesn't buy or sell anything at all.

This isn't actually a bug, but I do think it would be nice to see this merchant put to use as per it's original function.
My understanding is that it may take some time as matters progress IG however. Have patience Trevor White, and hopefully you shall not be disappointed.
She sells cheaply on behalf of other Ill Companions, now Caermyn too I guess. So if they don't supply anything, she's got nothing to sell. No bug.
