Paint bombs are getting annoying, being splattered with paint is really not nice and it reduces skills and gives the thrower the information on what your reflex save is.
Over all, it is mean.
Please require the player be hostile to whomever he is pelting and have a dm present if they are near blue npcs.
^ Agreed, people will spam this a lot sometimes, pretty annoying. Makes your character want to hit them over and over again for it.
Throwing a paintbomb is a hostile action already.
If people are doing this in NPC areas, report them.
