... only gives error entry in questjournal when started.

Do you know if the quest work beyond that?

i.e. Is it only the journal that is broken?

Unfortunately no idea, the areas I would have had to visit scared the heck out of my character (and me!), so never got even close to actually trying it.

It works, and gives  rewards.. Only the journal entry seems bugged.
