Title: No Sun Elf Racial Adjustment

No racial adjustments to my character Ronir Thandir, who is a Sun Elf. Strangely, he has 18/18 Hide/MS at level four with no gear, yet creatures tend to spot him very quickly. Bugged I suppose?
