Mentioning this mostly as a matter of form.
If you use the 2 charges of Light (5) in your Sanctuary Ring and give it to the Hooded Man, then when you get it back from him it is recharged without needing to rest, most likely because he is set to destroy the old ring and creates a new one on you when you ask for it back.
I doubt this will break the server. I just wanted to mention it because of being massively anal retentive about this sort of thing.
