There are presently two bells within the House of Governance--one within the new lobby, and another past the transition into the office areas, leading to some confusion whenever one of the bells are pulled. I would suggest either removing one of them (Probably the outer one, since most occasions in which someone tugs the bell its for a private meeting further inside) or otherwise rerouting one to work for Clerks exclusively and another for Prefects/Directors.
