Can this be grown as a Surface Plant? Given the presence of the Werewolves, it would make sense that Belladona would grow!

It's a surface plant, yeah.

But it would be more useful than sensical, specifically. Just because there's lycanthropes doesn't mean it's going to grow. I doubt that we're HORTICULTURALLY CANON, but I don't believe it's a sub-tropical plant.
