If you enter the Within the Pit and then shoot a grapple to climb out, the rope appears and the DC check tells you if you passed or not .. however no climb action takes place and you remain within the Pit.

I regret to report that it actually isn't fixed. :S It's still doing the same thing.

Sigh. Well I implemented a workaround... so clumsily fixed.
