Cast the spell on myself, a diviner with GSF. No glowy eyes and the duration seemed basic.
it got nerfed by either johannes or mort, cannot recall, and the glowing eyes were removed
the dr works, please read what i said before posting the same thing, it was nerfed as well as all other divination spell durations ((arcane eye))
It works only with wizards, not sorcerers.
