Since using the EFU Launcher, I have twice logged in to find that I am placed in the OOC DM Area for problems related to account verification.
I have been moved back to active play by DM 9Lives, and my CD key verified for my account (28/07) but logging in via the launcher again I have found myself in the OOC DM Area for the same reason.
I'm not overly sure why this would happen, although the Launcher seems to have edited a majority of my NWN files (removed addons, portraits etc.)
To test, I logged in via my normal Neverwinter Nights shortcut and was allowed access to the server, and did not find myself in the OOC DM Area; I also still had access to my portraits and addons.
Find me on IRC and we'll test this. This report confuses me.
I think I've actually fixed this now, it was a problem that I'd created.
What was the problem?
I had Neverwinter Nights installed on both my C and D drive without realizing, and had installed the launcher in the version that I didn't normally use. Both copies (one being classic Neverwinter nights, and the other being Diamond Version) have different CD keys so the server was picking up the difference when logging in via different versions.
I've installed the launcher to the correct place now, and it's working fine.
