Title: Werecat stats/feats

The werecat subrace doesnt seem to get the added toughness feat or the following saves
in hybrid/animal form as stated in the mechanics sub-race page. Not sure if the mechanics page is just outdated.

Yeah. Not sure where those saving throw mods came from... they never were in.

I'm not sure these subraces ever had the toughness feat... not sure they need it either. Will discuss.

I do think they need some sort of boost though given how mage armor no longer works in their lycan form due to exploits other players were performing.

Mechanics page says only the Boar and Cat are supposed to get toughness, maybe to catch them up in power compared to the Wolf? Nonetheless, the Cat form is still pretty strong already. I kind of like the low ac, forces you to play smart.

The extra saves/toughness makes them more even with the wolf though
