When Ulf died I was looking for a new fling, and it just so happened the Houndmaster Perk popped up. I was overjoyed to try it, and I enjoyed it greatly. Paurick was another one of my characters that I found a very nice hook to go on, but as of late playing him (and also losing a lot of hounds/dying a lot) diminished my interest and actually made it a bit too stressful for myself, especially being a Dog Lover.
So, sadly, I retire Paurick, and perhaps in the way he would had died most likely, having been killed in the Wilds.
He did not have much in terms of loot, what he did have was actually intended for his hounds.
It's a great Perk, and I hope others will try it out, but I got a bit too involved with it myself and I think that is what weighed me down with it.
See you all on the next one.
:( This made me feel so sad to read
Poor Paurick. Amber got mad at him and never did manage to forgive him. But he was a great character.
An enjoyable character all round. I especially liked the earlier times in Lower with him, before dog-loss depression began setting in. Looking forward to your next!
He was the coolest old man I've ever know.
