Can the DooMs make simple rings without any powers, with some inscription engraved to identify members of players factions ?
It can be used like a tag or badge, and vanishs when the faction voids.

Can be maked when a faction got a number of players or done for reward of RP/IC actions by the group.
This would likely be something provided by the DM's on a case by case basis, and best aspired for IG (hiring a jeweler to craft the rings and distributing them to the faction members)
Yup, but for anything like this, best to ask the DMs of the likelihood of getting it way in advance, I remember how long it took the Militia to get those simple, no power helms and cloaks.
