Title: Myconid Herbalism Bowl
Post by: Vlaid on November 29, 2015, 12:16:26 AM
I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or something I am not understanding correctly.

There are various resources listed on the herbalism bowl that, once you've put them into the lair altar....you can create supplies with via the herbalism bowl.

I have put various amounts of at least some of the categories but it is still listing 0 in every category for resources given to the altar.

Seems like either a display bug, or the system is broken, or possibly some kind of "you need some huge amount to donate all at once over a single reset to make anything". Some clarity would be helpful to know if I'm doing something wrong.

The resources don't save over resets. So if you've put a lot of resources in and then the server resets the herbalism bowl will be emptied. So that part is true!

You might be having a problem with the resources themselves though if it isn't showing up even right after you donated the resources to your shrine. Certain things take certain combinations, and the results won't show up until you have the right items, but it should at least say there are items in there. The resource system was recently changed though so may be that the new resources are not being counted to the bowl, or the bowl is not properly displaying the resource count and you don't have the right combos to create a finished product.

I think I've figured it out.

I believe at some point the lair salvage items were updated?

Animal guts/sinews are being tracked by the Myconid grove herbalism bowl (not the 'herbalism system' but the herbalism bowl crafting system specific to the lair) but all other types that are used by this particular myconid grove lair crafting system are not registering when placed in the altar. I think they need to be re-added to the system or the mushrooms and such need to re-flagged to be tracked by the system.
