I stumbled across this guys channel a month or so ago. Also cross promoted our server on it, need to keep the fresh blood coming in! Anyhow if your interested in DnD, this is a great resource.
https://www.youtube.com/user/mcolville/featured covers History, how to's et all. His cadence is fast (speaking) but it works for the amount of information he is putting out (I think anyhow).

This guy is amazing. I agree with... well, essentially 100% of what he says.
