When attempting to get past the gatekeeper of Upper, the dialogue says that I'm allowed in, but the script returns that I've taken levels in classes that must specifically be DM approved for kobold/goblin characters. I've had this happen on a rogue/ranger, pure rogue and fighter/ranger. On the rogue/ranger, I once managed to enter the city before the issue started, it was only after I was DM approved that the bug occurred.
