In the areas marked "Sanctuary - The In Between Ruins - Interiors" it seems you don't receive sendings.

I belive you recive sendings in the "further reaches" Or whatever the area is called. Perhaps a bit far away from Dunwarren.

You should receive sendings pretty much everywhere, as the MACHINE is more powerful than it used to be.
