This would allow players who wish to suggest things that might contain spoilers. Especially useful for quest suggestions and suggestions of things that shouldn't been known to the general populace.
Pretty sure you can just use the DM email address for that. That's how I've always done it. I forget what the address is, but I'm not sure if I should post it on the public section of the forums anyway. Ask in IRC.
