I have decided to quit playing Yseult. Though I enjoyed the roleplay, I really struggled with aspects of the character and came to not really enjoy playing her. Between several plans not quite working out and mechanical issues, I had reached the point where I was logging in more out of a feeling of obligation than really wanting to continue. Because of that I decided it was better to let go.
I made Yseult to help test out a new alternate style of Sorcerer. The only requirements were that the character had to be good, so I quickly spun up a neat little idea for a woman who took her powers as a sign that she was chosen by a higher power. A little zealous, accepting no alternative views from her own on the nature of the Gods and her gift, and very xenophobic in her hatred of the 'wicked' races. I enjoyed the contrast of a kind and optimistic person with a deep hatred for perceived evil creatures. I didn't really have any long-term goals, however, so on a whim I decided to run for Prefect of the Temple, thinking it would be a neat way to involve Clerics and Paladins on the server.
Except, I wound up getting it much sooner than I had expected! And, a few of the chief allies I'd talked about helping set things up with had to leave their characters due to real life concerns. I struggled for a while to recruit others, making calls for faithful people and discussing the potential for an order of knights to make a Crusaders style faction and Get Weird with it. But, it didn't pan out. As a result I had a difficult time deciding what to do with the character, and largely helped support the efforts of political allies. Had things gone differently I had hoped to see her become a little more zealous, believing herself some manner of chosen arbiter of goodness in the city! Unfortunately we never did get to see Exalted Mother Yseult Vatein, a title I was looking forward to forcing people to use when proper power trip mode kicked in.
Big thanks for Blue41, Pandip, SHSLDetective, Red_Judas, Pentaxius, and Rip and Tear. Even while my own shit was faltering you all made the political landscape very fun to work in.
I'm not gonna post all the screenshots I took, but here's a greatest hits gallery:

See ya later guys.
She was great, I'm sad to see her go.
Yseult was a well needed breath of good in the setting. I enjoyed my time with her a lot. My only regret is that the wedding plot never panned out!
Nooooooooo
I loved this PC, and while I understand why you decided to retire her- she will be missed.
