I sometimes get a Spellguard alert about Machine malfunctions - normally it'll tell you the location, but it also frequently lists none at all. So instead of "There is a problem with the Machine in - Dunwarren: Bowels of the Machine" it'll merely say "There is a problem with the Machine in..." and nothing after that, it just cuts off. Talking with the engineer who gives these quests confirms that these are false alarms, as he'll have normal dialogue.
Not a huge problem, but I figured I'd call attention to it.
