Add the option for cloth tailors to make coats/aprons, please.

Add the option for Both armor and Cloth crafters to make the cloth tabard loincloth thing.

Change hte conversation order so "Scrap this and start over" is not right next to "Use different dyes"

If this is implemented how I think, it shouldn't be more than a copy/paste with a few changes and like 2 added if/elseifs :/

Because the server doesn't have enough loincloths and asymmetrical shoulderpads.
