I was trying to use a "Blessed Ivory Wand", which is OUB: Good with CSW (5) while playing a good-aligned Cleric/Relic Guardian of 7th level.
The scripted system does not allow me to use the wand, firing the error message regarding required arcane/divine levels to use this type of wand. Surely my character meets the requirements?

I suspect the script that was written to make sure Use Magic Device requires X levels of rogue/bard does not work well with wands that have an alignment restriction. It was probably written with the idea wands would be restricted by class and could never be free to use for bards or rogues. Never considering wands as something they might sometimes be able to use. And the result is a messed up item.
Well, that or there are two problems. Idk
What is the exact error message?
