I suggest Nightrisers not spawn on the beach of the docks. Sand spiders are fine, but seems pretty bad to start your new character, use the "Ship Wrecked" option, and then get cutdown by a Warrior or Guard on the beach before you even reach anything.

They shouldn't spawn there. They might have been lured? I will doublecheck just in case.
