Seeing that others already get their Flame Weapon spell modified at level 1, this puts the perk more in-line with others, while also slightly buffing it (which is DEFINITELY needed). A new level 8 bonus would also help this perk out immensely. Maybe giving prayer or divine power 1/day, or something.
I'd support the idea of this perk receiving divine power as a usable per day, that's an excellent idea to give an otherwise entirely ignored perk some seriously needed firepower.
I agree. 2/day CL7 divine power at level 8 would make the perk work as a hybrid melee/magic sorcerer.
I think we've more than enough sorcerer melee perks. What this perk should do is emulate a cleric by giving support to allies.
