Title: Spell merchants (Helmite at Barbican, Duergar Arcanist)

These two are a bit finicky. If you carry exact change for a spell they refuse to offer it to you. You need to have at least one gold more than it costs. I suspect this also goes for other spell merchants if they use the same script.
