As we move on from the Directorate,it's inevitable that some mentions of the former governing body will be missed in the module. This thread exists for you guys to catalogue and flag egregious mentions and unpolished conversations, placeables, etc... that you might catch IG where we have missed them in the toolset. There are really a tremendous amount of texts in our gameworld, so the team would appreciate any help that you guys are willing to give!
I'll keep an eye on the thread and change things as I see them.
Jalenna Dobbins, mentions Barkely as the commander. Gives mints.
Scrivener initiation dialogue chain includes references to the Directorate.
Probably related
The welcome to sanctuary book still mentions the ring and the sheild.
The duergar npc in mutalakt hasn't realized that the Dread invaded their island yet, and still talks about the Sanctuary shield.
Questgiver watcher in the barracks still talks about sending people outside the sheild.
Marvin Pond in the Stadium prefecture still has dialogue referring to the Directorate
Office of Construction (next to the Street of the Gods) still has dialogue referring to the Directorate
The scripted bounty system in place may also need adjusting. Currently these are bounties put in place for a wide variety of reasons that wouldn't even necessitate a bounty(under current lawbooks) and the Watchers may not even necessarily have the authority to issue anymore?
The relic collection bin in the House of Knowledge is still being run by Glademore.
Also, if the scripted bounty system gets revised, I want dirty hair to return. It isn't a real bounty bandit if they don't have dirty hair.
- I'm sure you're aware of the Red and Black Guilds still physically existing, their togas being available in the "Sanctuary Start" outfit cabinet, and their supporter NPCs at various locations. Their merchant in the House of Trade, Dort Weasenburry, prominently among them.
- The letter and child's drawing of Commander Barkley on the bulletin board beside Jelena Dobbins' service desk.
- One of the rewards from the Refinery's favor system is a "Consideration" for the Directorate.
- Many of the rewards from the Workmill's favor system reference the Directorate, particularly the late Director Gould.
- The combat dummies in Lower Sanctuary are styled after "Barkley" and "Greer." Maybe triumphant destruction of one or both is in order...
- Zharkmon, ambassador for the Mound and located in the High Apartments, still explains that he is here to liaise with the Directorate.
- Some of the old Prefectures (mostly in the form of their signs) still reference Prefects. The sign in the High Apartments dwelling, for instance, says "Prefect's House."
- Merobolt the Scrapper, located in the House of Trade, still references the Red Guild and the Shield in his expositional dialogue.
- Civil Servant, Weapons Distributor, still stands watch over Director Thrazaluun's "Mark II" baublium cannons and apologetically references the Crystal War's baublium rations.
- All reference to the Quickfoot Memorial Act, such as outside the House of Governance, and the tax collector selling Patriot Bonds or Adventuring Licenses inside.

"Randomized" bulletin board placeables, as exist atop the House of Heroes' rubble and within the House of Governance, will need to be thoroughly scrutinized. That shall be time-consuming. Some of them are so outdated that they reference the Spellguard Auxiliary.
- The Directorate's speeches and placard inside the House of Governance.
- The Sanctuary Town Laws inside the House of Governance.
- Are the confused new arrivals in Safety Cloaks scattered across Sanctuary, still dazed because of "how fast it happened" and filling the bunks in Starag's Rest, still appropriate to our setting? They should probably be replaced with tent dwellers.
- Hoage Smeed still thinks the Worm Pits are accessed via Starag's Rest.
- The small, stinking goblin camp by the gate was cleared out over a year ago. It should be repopulated with human tent dwellers, goblins, or cleaned out entirely.
- Graffiti from the Crystal War is still scattered across town and makes increasingly little sense.

Incorrect "Directive #4" by the gate against the In-Between Ruins.

At least one of these still exist.
- The Historical Preservation Floor still has a sign claiming that it is sponsored by the Directorate.
- New exhibits should be added in the second row regarding recent history, particularly since the last major event to be recorded in the House of Knowledge was the "War on the Dark Lake." Consider the Crystal War. The Battle of Mutulakt. And whatever it is we're calling the ascendance of little Billy Bresley.
Merchant Dort Weasenburry says he works for Director Gould, and how Gould is such an important man.
Crucially, the blurb given by Selena Dobbins still references Commander Barkley and still makes no reference to some of the recent, radical changes to Sanctuary.
The board describing town laws has not been updated to match the new Council legislature.
The sign right in front of Stars rest says by order of the directorate
The guildsmen in the beetle and baby still say things like up with the blacks, unless they're doing it ironically, it may be undesired.
I took a big whack at fixing all of this.
Feel free to continue to report issues either here or in the bug reports forum.
The 'Welcome to Sanctuary' recordings just on the left as you enter the House of Governance have an option to talk about the Directorate, and then do it.
Spithiwick Nurb in the House of Governance talks about Prefects and the Directorate. Also Prefectures, which I guess are... territories now?
Councilor Toga mannequins in the House of Governance say Prefect in the description.
The dialogue for the 'weary new arrivals' (or whatever they're called) needs revision.
Gould's majordomo in his house (i think it's in Upper - Residential Interiors) may need revision as well.
The Baublium reward equipment includes an item that grants the bearer a meeting with the Directorate
maybe that should be a meeting with the Mayor instead, now?
These were amusing to fix.
If you notice anything else, keep the reports coming either here or to the Bug Reports.
::[ City Sending by Civil Servant : A caravan is ready to go to the Mound of Magnatz the Red. Guards are asked to make themselves known at the Barbican to take on the task. Speak to Glenn. ]::
We still get these from time to time even though the Barbican is ruins and Glenn is gone. They come in a few variations, sometimes it is by a Red Guildsman, sometimes it is by a named NPC.
Herald says "you're a prefect, have a free sending" when she should say Councilor (house of governance- the other heralds just refuse to give me free things, which is despicable)
Stadium backroom is inaccessible to all but the Stadium Councilor, and is also populated by black guildsmen.
* Caravans to Magnatz sendings should be gone starting from next reset.
* Herald will address as Councilor instead of Prefects.
* Other heralds will respect the Councilor's authorities and free sendings, etc.
* Removed black guildsmen from the backroom.
* Backroom is accessible to all to probably the much dislike of Marvin Pond (use the doors, not the conversation).
One of the signs in the house of knowledge mentions a directorate sponsored mission The "A Quest For Knowledge" placard.
This is not really about the directors, but i think it fits in here anyway, At the destroyed main gate that Etorix destroyed, the old placable that say "Sanctuary" and the old Watcher and warder beat patrol that were on the walls and above the gate, is still floating in the air.
If you examin the bell chain in the townhall. It will say that it calls for "civil servants, prefects and directors"
The Ruined Barbican
Watchknight William Gladman
He says that he was placed here by Director Glademore in his dialog.
