Title: #neverbeen10
Post by: zDark Shadowz on March 21, 2017, 08:24:24 AM
Not an obituary, just a screenshot! Might become one if I give up haha. So close but just.. got attacked by a Cave Bear and transition being buggy on Magga's bridge, and then Cave bear going through a same-area transition twice and nuking me, was pretty much locked down via waypoint destinations, mild lag and a fat bear. Got to love Attack of opportunities, that crit for the finisher to bypass stabilising HP by 3 points, on a claw weapon that probably needed to roll that 20.

Taking a (small break) before I consider returning, send me a PM if you want to Raise me, I'm fine with that, just need to breathe before I do something dumb. At least at this point a raise dead isn't a lost level..

Anyone else got screenies like this?

I died 500 from 11 once.

The pains are real.

I hit 9 in the fugue the other day. Worst feeling ever. The truth is your lvl isn't actually that important if you are enjoying the character and having fun. It is the journey not the destination. I hope you come back! Florent would certainly raise you (as a zombie?).

I died 700 from 11.

Second only to Vlaid on the pain chart. The pains and pleasures of EFU come in such extreme swings...

Oh my God I cringed.

Dude... no.... You'll be back though, in the end it's about the RP even if LVL 10 is a very fun thing it's not the endgoal. (:

All the people I'd made this support character for and with have all retired or stopped playing entirely (except Amelia), and I never really found a plot to pursue or create so may as well retire Shane as well.

It's been fun, my sis has me playing FFXIV with her at the moment so more of my play time will be devoted there than here while I fudge around experimenting with a new character and figuring out what I want to tell with them.

To be honest I'll probably end up playing both games at the same time, but with more of a focus there than here. See you around!
