I think it might be worthwhile to add this quest back to the quest circuit on efu somewhere. It provides a lot of ooze-themed gear and equipment that seems to be sorely lacking in the Covenant. I know it's currently a random, but I think it ought to be more accessible.
This quest could theoretically be placed in a Covenant-locked area as a faction specific question.
