There seems to be a number of transitions that people are getting stuck behind lately. If you know of any please place them here: Ideally a waypoint can be added to the transition as to place you beyond it in the future rather than directly on the next one.
Dunwarren - Deep in the Machine: After returning from "enter the illusion" it puts you behind it and you cannot get out
Low road - After moving through the cave towards the badlands you can become stuck behind it
