Title: Portal start, make introduction convo silent to surrounding PC's

Having the entrance portal in the middle of the square cane interrupt the flow of current roleplay when the intro dialogue is spammed. Having it not broadcast to all PC's in the area would be a nice change.

If this is possible, it would be SUPER nice if necromancers had their enhance dialog effected the same. Enhancement can make any conversation impossible for quite awhile.
