Title: Strange Withering message

I got this one just now. The thing is, my character has not been exposed to Withering, nor does she get the usual messages about Withering in areas or upon login. Is this a bug or is Withering just becoming general again?

I've had this happen on a few characters, seen it 3 times while gardening in the Scamander in fact!

Not sure what's causing it to misfire like that but as long as you don't have the journal entry? saying you are withered, you're fine.

Doesn't look like normal Withering messages that I have gotten. Probably a bug.

I've also had this happen on the shore near the blue mushroom (closer to the giant ooze)

I got the messages in the low road area, twice.
