As a pure-classed level 8 rogue with Perks: Treasure Hunter, Locksmith, and Archaeologist, Ainsely Dyn ( account Certified Retrievals) does not receive two svirfneblin disruptors on reset, OR on rest. I DO however receive the Thieves' Tools +3 reliably on rest. All other parts of the perk seem to be functioning reliably.
This is still an issue, and also I've encountered an exploitable bug which I'm reporting separately.
Should be working next reset.
