Place an injured roaming scribe NPC at the Blue Mushroom, outside the QA, or something similar to give more ambience of their wandering the underdark in search of corpses.
It's fairly cringe inducing to watch people end the quest and then one or two flee back for the coin and overall just feels counter-productive to the Scrivener's duties that they aren't seen as a presence beyond Sanctuary.
