Does this exception still apply to EFU:R?
Having taken the EFUSS skill, I am only getting the +1/5 ranks as in line with the other secondary skills. Any DM insight on this would be much appreciated.
+1/5 seems fine to me given the abundance of parry loot; perhaps once upon a time I intended it otherwise but given the myriad complexities and bugginess of secondary EFUSS skills it's probably best to just leave it well alone and however it works is how it works for now.
