I know it's been closed permanently, but could it perhaps be reopened and left empty so people can use it as a meeting place for their nefarious misdeeds? Perhaps put some random bandit spawns appearing as a small chance inside it as by now those roaming bandits would be using the empty building.
Failing that, is it okay if people place their lair directly outside it so as to appear as if they're 'repurposing the building' for their own use?
I propose that an appropriate lair app be allowed to use the Inn itself as their lair. Each stage showing more advanced signs of repair and mastery of the abandoned house of Necromancy and fine ale.
