Title: Can't scribe stat buffs as a cleric
Post by: Deston E on December 09, 2017, 10:41:21 PM
GSID: A terrible thing to waste
PC: Karrick Thorne
Class: Cleric - Relic Guardian
Race: Human
Possess Scribe Scroll: Yes
Spells in question: Bulls Strength, Endurance, Owls Wisdom, Eagles Splendor (All tried)

I can cast on the Inkwell and get told its price, but if I cast it on the scroll I get a failure. I did have a surplus of gold and XP. It was cast on a spell scroll not a note.

Not sure about the Bulls Strength and Endurance not working, you should be able to make those, as for the other two...

You can't scribe a scroll of a spell your class can't use.

By default the Owls Wisdom and Eagles Splendour 'scrolls' don't have Cleric as a useable class, so it fails on attempted item creation if you try to create them from the cleric spellbook. This applies to attempting to scribe scrolls via domain spells as well. This is just by default..
