Hey! Did the mines with the kobolds and was webbed. Afterwards, I had a dex and movement speed debuff that neither lesser restoration, rest or relog could fix it. I asked for help and was DM healed to restore my character.
That seems a bit odd. I know movement speed debuffs is part of one of those druid spells that can bug out that causes vines, the webbed/bolt entanglement bug normally only affects AC and can be cured with either a temporary dexterity increase or relogging.
I guess this is a new variant on the bug we knew and loved?
I think it's the issue zDarkShadowz refers to. Will try to tackle this issue again at some point.
Nevermind, I managed to discover the root cause of the issue. Turns out my character had contracted ooze sickness (not sure how though, since it coincided with a dungeon crawl with no ooze) :P

One of the Kobolds cast Disease and it triggers the EFU plague list. Cyrus and Quin, the ultimate duo of RSD and Transmuter wizard were suffering greatly in that quest and were hit by these custom diseases, our charisma dropped to 3 IE we were vomiting and having pus boiling over on our skin, etc etc.
It was a blast to RP that suffering even if it was just us two, but I'd say that's how you caught it.
Ah, alright. Didn't know it drew from a custom list of diseases! Now that is a cool feature!
That it is. If it happens again, Remove Disease spell and Salutory Tonics can cure it even if you don't have a disease symbol showing in your status effect icons.
