Title: Dual wielder fighter perk and Flame Weapon damage stacking (bug or not?)

Not 100% if it is a bug, but the +1d4 acid/electrical from dual wielder perk is stacking with the +1d4 fire from Flame Weapon. I haven't tested the perk's possible cold/fire bonuses.
