Title: Bilby Quest Trap placement error?

Issue: Trap spawn and box spawn made impossible to complete puzzle without triggering trap.
Location/Associated Quest: Bilby's Rogue Test

This is a long standing issue that sometimes occurs.  In fact it has been a problem for so long I don't even recall the last time anyone bothered to post it.
