Concept: A host of men claiming to come from an organization above calling itself the "Council of Dragons" and "The Last Army" has found itself down in Sanctuary. Hopelessly foreign to Sanctuary, and driven fanatically towards their goals, they have begun to recruit initiates to their cause. Seeing themselves as the sole beacon of light and good in the corrupted city, this has increasingly become a high-pvp prospect, despite claiming neutrality in the cities politics.
General Alignment: Lawful, leaning LG

Evil and lawlessness needs a foil. In a setting where the forces of good are much weaker than their diametric counterparts and besieged from all sides, it's more tragedy than glory.

Do NOT join this concept. This faction is up against a demon of great power who possesses a vast army of cultists. To battle against him and other evils of Sanctuary would likely lead to ass-clenching drama, heroics, and worst of all glory. And probably doom.
I suggest you take up crochet or knitting instead.
