Title: Magic weapon runes do not cast the spell

"Casting Magic Weapon" appears over the head of the person who takes the rune, but the spell never appears to be cast.

This occurred, specifically, in QA - Ring 98 - Breadblood Camp.

Removed the rune until (if) we figure what's up with this one.
