Since the start of the new chapter I've been having an issue clicking on my hotbar. The application minimizes to the desktop if I try much of the time. Here's a video of the issue.

Hey RPG! I've been having this issue since V4. I don't know exactly what causes it scripting wise, but any time I would ALT + TAB on my laptop, it causes this issue. Restarting NWN fixes it.
Just discovered the issue is with the windows 11 toolbar. Move the toolbar to the top of your screen rather than the bottom for a less intrusive game.
