Title: Primevil Obelisks - Runes not working

Hi! When I go to use one of the runes on the obelisks currently the rune is expended with no magic used. I acquire and lost the rune as per normal but receive no spell effects.

This was also happening last night on some of the  obelisks in the kobold quest in 95.
