Two bugs, firstly the quest tool can be got without getting the quest. You can give the quest to other people with the tool but not yourself. Quest does not finish or give reward when done.
Secondly, some of the kobolds are fighting each other. I think (was hard to tell) the normal kobolds were fighting the Murklaw ones?
I was able to take the quest three times (i got the quest handler three times too) but the quest wasn't signing me up.

And, yes. Kobolds stabbing eachother.
