"Exploring the Magic Manor" was taken with two characters and the person who closed it received experience but the other character didn't. I couldn't close the quest and it remained unfinished in my log.
Stables and Alice's Bookshop still seem to have difficulty identifying which of the variants you went through during the completion dialogue. For the stables quest, creatures don't despawn from the entrance area if they are brought there and not killed.
