I think it would be cool if the Rumor Mill Reporter snubbed players with Peerage citizenship when they try to get the scoop on where to go.
Perhaps even gave incorrect directions...?
Or merely refused service, I suppose, to avoid confusion for new players.
I support my colleagues' rude snubbing of Peerage folks.

I know that there's been a shift so that most peers are asked to pay for doing business in the square. From what I've seen there's only been a couple folks enforcing it. So perhaps this could be in the same vein as that sort of 'conflict'.
