In the area "QA - Ring 97 - Cobbledog Yard - Tower" I witnessed infighting between the following npcs:
Cobbledog Ruffian
Cobbledog Rascal

I imagine one of the two is in the wrong faction. I also imagine this happens in the streets themselves and the other segment of the QA.
