Hello there! I had a suggestion for a very specific head model. The image above shows the super-chad Drayson Sparrowbroth next to the mongrel-born looking character Sean Gorick.
I realized just today how Drayson looks super highly detailed and very fitting to a vanilla portrait that I use for my character :

So since DM Akke informed me that Drayson's head was not separable from his body I hereby suggest to change that and allow players to use that absolutely smoking hot beard for their characters.
What you are asking for is far more complicated than you realize and not viable.
